Neverhood

Back before I left on my Mount Isa trek - I ordered a few things from ebay. Among these was a legit copy of the classic old game Neverhood.

You walk around a slightly freaky world made of clay, as a guy called Klaymen, also made out of clay. Lots of puzzles to solve - and stupid things you'd take hours to learn (pulling one of many cords in the room you start in will activate/deactivate a radio you find later on. If you turn it off, you have to trudge all the way back - assuming you figure out that the two unrelated things are connected). So I had to cheat and use a walkthrough for some parts.

I had watched a bit of TV that I'd missed during the trip, and decided to try Neverhood for half an hour before going to bed.

I finally completed the game after midnight.

Using a walkthrough it isnt terribly long - but it's a lot of fun still. If you didnt use a walkthrough, you'd take days of trying in vain to think of something... anything.... that you could try next to solve the puzzles.

It's a pretty rare game to find - and often sells for about $60 secondhand still - so I got a bargain on this one at around $20.

I used to have this game. You know all those games i through out. Well one of them was this game :)
