Halo 3 Arrives

Finally I've received one of the Xbox games that Microsoft promised me.

It's Halo 3. I still havent played Halo 2 yet - so I'd better find a copy of that somewhere to work out the story that's taken place between the first game and this one.

MS thought the other games had already been sent - so they are chasing them up at the moment to work out where they've gotten to.

And in other news - my Mo still isnt very impressive, and the month of Movember is running out. I'm probably in the running for the Lame-Mo award at work.

You obviously paid a lot of attention to that Movember thing you sponsored then didnt you?

The whole idea was to grow a mo to raise money. The sideburn shave was just an additional thing.

Dont worry - I dont think I'll keep the Mo.

But the side-burns are comming back. I look like an idiot without them.

Half considering growning a fully-fledged beard for 2 weeks when I got to Mount Isa and back. If I like it, I'll keep it - otherwise I'll get rid of it afterwards.

Hmm, Just was thinking you'd attract more girls with out ether.  Personaly you look about 40 with the site burns, and with the Mo, you kind of look like a Tramp.(and an angry Tramp at that) (not trying to offend, but i sure i have)

Maybe you should try a gotie? or whatever there called.

When I shaved both off - I got comments like this:

"You look like you're about 14"
"You look like you've gained about 20 pounds"

Etc. I did get a couple of people saying that it was an improvement - but they were mainly from people who had already decided they hated the sideburns - and were rather biased. But even some of them commented that I looked fatter without the sideburns.
