NASA is going to bomb the moon!

In a couple of hours time - NASA is going to bomb the moon.

Why?

To see if there’s water on it.

Why?

Well given the recent rise in our water bills in Tassie, they decided it might be cheaper to import Lunar stuff.

Seriously though - NASA are about to deliberately crash a spaceship/satellite/boom-maker into the moon's south pole to see if it splashes. Wouldn’t it be embarrassing if they missed?

Interestingly, people have been crashing things into the moon for quite some period of time. In fact, I believe they did it before man set foot on the moon. Mainly the Russians. However, don't quote me on any of this...
