My Sideburns are gone....

It's amazing how much some people hate my sideburns - they are willing to donate to see them gone.

I made a deal - I wouldnt shave them off unless I raised more than $50 for the charity - but I must have set it a little cheap - because they made it. Even the girls in the finance office took up a collection to make sure I made enough.

So I ended up sitting with the rest of the Movember team from work. Adam and Des were here just for show, but the rest of us were loosing either a mo or sideburns (me).

 

So Josie from work volunteered to do the honours.

 

Here's the half-way shot.

I had considered leaving it like this - but that probably wouldnt have been a good idea.

 

And here's the finished product.

 

And because I didnt have my glasses on in the last shot - here's another I took tonight.

 

Personally I think I looked a lot better with the sideburns - but I'm sure others wont agree with me.

So what do you think?

And dont forget - I still have to do the whole "grow a mo" thing - so I'm still looking for sponsers.

WOW you look young! You really need to get better at taking photos of yourself, though: you're pulling a ridiculous face in the one you posted. I'm going to reserve judgement until I see you in person on the weekend :-)

You look odd. No offence, but you really do! I think I'll go with LittleSis and wait for the weekend for the final judgment, but on first impressions I think growing them back (but not quite so long) might be in order. Or maybe its just that your glasses are gone, because I didn't mind it when you had them back on. But without them you look more funny than without sideburns!

I will wait for the whole in person thing before I make any final judgments though.

I'm going to have to join in with the crowd and say you look like you're 14 without the sideburns and glasses. 

Of course, once you grow the mo, you probably won't look young anymore.

Not sure what I think. You look a little less scruffy, but a hair cut will improve the rest of the booff. Have to see what can be done about that. I agree your photos are not the most artistic and flattering.
